Frequently Asked Questions
Due to a possible UPS strike, we will be using the US Postal Service to ship our orders. All orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time on July 21st will be shipped by USPS. Expedited shipping will also be temporarily unavailable.
How much do you charge for shipping?
To contiguous states:
Ground: Orders under $50 = $7. Orders $50 or more = FREE
2nd Day: $55 (Available for orders $100 or more)
Next Day: $85 (Available for orders $100 or more)
Please Note: Expedited order must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time for it to ship out on the same day. 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries are not guaranteed and does not include weekends and holidays. For example, if the order was placed after 1pm on Friday and Monday is a holiday then the package will ship out on Tuesday. We ship by UPS for a majority of our orders but will occasionally ship by USPS if it is more efficient.
Do you charge sales tax on shipping?
Sales tax will be charged on shipping and on products going to New York State and the rate varies by county.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a commercial or residential address at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We generally do not ship internationally but there are exceptions. For international shipping, please contact us at 800.932.0168 or email@example.com prior to placing an order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
That depends on your shipping address and shipping method selected. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. We usually ship items out 1 to 2 business days after an order is placed so you should receive your package within a week if there are no delays.
How can I track my package?
We will email you the tracking info once the package ships out.
How do I return/exchange a product?
To return/exchange a product purchased directly from us via website, phone or fax, please call 800.932.0168 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any products purchased from one of our retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Once you have obtained the RMA number, please ship well packaged products to:

When can I expect to get the refund?
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 days against the original method of payment. We reserve the right to change the policy at our sole discretion.
Will the shipping and handling fees be refunded?
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount. You are required to pay for return shipping.
What is the deadline for returns/exchanges?
For all returns/exchanges, an RMA number must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and we must receive the returned merchandise within 2 weeks after the RMA number is provided.
Are there any items that can't be returned/exchanged?
Yes. Items that are opened and used cannot be returned/exchanged.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay® and Amazon Pay.
Can I use discount codes if I'm checking out with PayPal, Apple Pay® or Amazon Pay?
Yes. Make sure to apply the discount code before completing the order.
What are the requirements for using Apple Pay®?
You need to be using an up to date Apple device running the latest operating system.
Why did I get charged by Regent Bond Inc.?
Regent Bond Inc. is the distributor company of Dr. Scheller products in the USA. It is not a fraudulent charge and there is no need to be concerned.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for a purchase in 4 equal payments.
How does it work?
Pay a portion of the order now. Get the products. Then pay off the rest at a later time.
What is the payment schedule?
The 1st payment is due at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are due every 2 weeks.
Will I end up paying more?
Maybe a few pennies because of rounding but there are no interests or fees if you pay on time.
What if I’m late on payments?
You will be charged a late fee. Visit https://www.afterpay.com/purchase-payment-agreement for more details.
How do I use Afterpay?
Select Installments by Afterpay as the payment method during checkout. You will then be redirected to Afterpay's website where you will be asked to log in to your Afterpay account or create one. The entire process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
What are the requirements for using Afterpay?
You must be 18 or older and live in the U.S. You will also need a credit or debit card issued in the U.S. and a mobile number. Visit their website for more information.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Baden-Baden, Germany using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and certified ISO-9001:2008 standards.
Am I purchasing directly from the manufacturer?
No. You are purchasing the products through Regent Bond Inc, the Distributor company of Dr. Scheller USA products.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Never in the past and never will in the future.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are registered with the Vegan Society. One exception is the Thistle & Chia Rich Nourishing Day Care which contains bees wax and lanolin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are naturally preserved to last about 2 years unopened and 6 months once they are opened and used.
How do I prevent the products from spoiling?
Store products in a cool, dry and dark place. Avoid opening products unless you intend to use them. Clean and dry your hands before applying a cream or use a clean cosmetic spatula. Close the lid of the products tightly after every use.
